Dabei geht es immer \u00f6fter um das, was unter den Sammelbegriff Social Web (auch: Social Media oder Web 2.0) subsumiert werden kann. Das sind interaktive Online-Anwendungen sog. Social Software im Internet, die technisch einen R\u00fcckkanal zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.
